General Information

Room Rates are based on double occupancy. Room rates do not include an 8% rooms and meals tax.
Use of a roll-away bed is an additional $25.00 per night; crib is an additional $15.00 per stay.  Children not needing a bed stay free. Included in each room rate is a full country style breakfast.

Reservation and Cancellation: A deposit of $25 per room, per night will guarantee your rooms.  We accept cash or personal check.  Confirmation of your reservation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.  Please notify us immediately if a change in your plans occurs.  To notify us of a cancellation, please telephone (603) 237-8058.  In the event of a late cancellation, or an early departure, you will be responsible for all nights reserved.

Room rates are subject to change without notice except on confirmed reservations.

Special event or holiday weekends may require a two-night stay.

Check-in is 3:00 p.m.  Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  Please let us know if you need to make different arrangements.  We understand that you may be travelling several hours to get here.  We can be quite flexible with check-in and check-out.

We would appreciate knowing your estimated time of arrival.

Our inn can accommodate up to 12 guests and group rates can be arranged.  We also have rates for long-term stays of 5 days or more.

We are a non-smoking establishment.  Smoking is permitted outdoors in designated areas only.

Check with us about special services including floral deliveries, gift baskets, and gift certificates.  We will gladly arrange dinner reservations for you.
